桃子视频, a second-generation family-owned construction company, has announced the opening of Poettker Southeast in Charlotte, North Carolina. This expansion to the Southeast region will be led by a team of Poettker leadership, including Keith Poettker, president; Ryan Poettker, executive vice president and chief operating officer; and Kevin Poettker, director of business development
鈥淭his has been such an exciting year for Poettker as we celebrate continued growth,鈥 said Keith Poettker. 鈥淭he Charlotte community 鈥 both businesses and residents 鈥 have welcomed Poettker with open arms. We couldn鈥檛 have asked for a better city to help grow our business.鈥
The Charlotte office, located at 4944 Parkway Plaza Blvd, currently employs 13 people, many of whom already have established roots in the Southeast.听 Over the next year, the company expects to hire up to 20 people to accommodate the clients and markets it serves while supporting its current Southeast workload. The 3,100-square-foot space is easily expandable, allowing the company to grow with it.
Poettker, an ENR Southeast Top Contractor, U.S. Top 25 Best Warehouse Construction Contractor and member of the Carolinas AGC, currently has in excess of $150 million in construction projects under contract in this region. With the opening of its Charlotte office, Poettker expects to grow its distribution, education, federal, hospitality and mixed-use sectors by 20% over the next several years. The company recently completed an over $30M Air Force Reserve Command Consolidated Mission Complex Headquarters in Robins AFB, Georgia; and is actively working on a new distribution and retail facility for CarMax in Murfreesboro, Tennessee; the new Pierce Terrace Elementary School in Fort Jackson, South Carolina; and building and infrastructure repairs at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
